WITNESSES STATE THAT THE AIRCRAFT NOSE WAS IN A HIGH ATTITUDE AND THE AIRSPEED WAS SLOW. SECURITY VIDEO SHOWS THE AIRCRAFT IMPACTING AN AIRCRAFT HANGAR IN A NOSE HIGH ATTITUDE IN ALMOST A 90 DEGREE BANK ABOUT 100 YARDS FROM RUNWAY 22. ## The NTSB's investigation of this event (1)

From the NTSB's public API. Aircraft are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported serial number, make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

- [NTSB ERA10CA117](https://openairdocs.org/ntsb/ERA10CA117), Jan 18, 2010: Luscombe 8 (N2111K), Springfield, TN, substantial damage. Probable cause: The student pilot's failure to maintain control of the airplane during a go-around after a bounced landing.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
