## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

AIRCRAFT WAS CLEARED TO LAND AT WATERTOWN INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT BY APPROACH. THE PILOT HAD RECEIVED THE AIRPORT WEATHER FROM THE ASOS AS BEIN WIND 230 AT 8 KNOTS. UPON DESCENT, THE PILOT NOTICED THAT THE AIRSPEED INDICATOR INDICATED 104 KNOTS. THE PILOT APPLIED FULL POWER AND DESCENDED BELOW 4000 FEET, AND NOTICED THE AIRSPEED DECREASED TO BELOW 90 KNOTS. THE PILOT, WHILE FLYING OVER THE AIRPORT, NOTICED SNOW SHOWERS IN THE VACINITY OF THE APPROACH END OF RUNWAY 25, AND DECIDED TO LAND ON RUNWAY 07. THE PILOT FIRST TOUCHED DOWN AT THE 1000 FOOT MARK ON RUNWAY 07, AND BALLOONED BACK INTO THE AIR. THE AIRCRAFT FINALLY HAD ALL THREE TIRES ON THE RUNWAY APPROXIMATELY AT THE CENTER OF THE RUNWAY. THE PILOT INDICATED THAT HE ATTEMPTED TO BRAKE, BUT FELT THE AIRCRAFT DID NOT STOP ADEQUATELY BECAUSE OF ICE ON THE RUNWAY. THE AIRCRAFT CAME TO REST 366 FEET AT THE END OF THE RUNWAY.
