PILOT REPORTED AN UNSAFE NOSE GEAR INDICATION.  DURING A LOW PASS THE MDW TOWER REPORTED THAT THE NOSE GEAR APPEARED TO BE DOWN.  DURING THE LANDING ROLL OUT THE NOSE GEAR COLLAPSED.
