FREEDOM AIRLINES FLT 6121 (N858MJ), DEPARTING CRW RUNWAY 23, ABORTED TAKE OFF DUE TO BLOWN TIRES ON RIGHT MAIN GEAR. FLIGHT CREW STATED DURING TAKE OFF ROLL AT APPROXIMATELY 100KTS A VIBRATION WAS DETECTED FROM THE RIGHT SIDE OF THE AIRCRAFT AND TAKE OFF WAS ABORTED. THE AIRCRAFT WAS STOPPED APPROXIMATELY 700-800 FEET FROM THE DEPARTURE END OF RUNWAY 23. PAX WERE DEPLANED THROUGH AIRSTAIR DOOR WITH NO INJURIES. BOTH RIGHT MAIN TIRES HAD FAILED, CAUSING DAMAGE TO THE WHEELS, SECONDARY DRAG BRACE BRACKET, SQUAT SWITCH BRACKET, GEAR FAIRING, AND FLAP. AN ATTEMPT WAS MADE BY GROUND PERSONNEL TO MOVE THE AIRCRAFT, BUT A GEAR UNSAFE INDICATION PREVENTED THE AIRCRAFT FROM BEING REPOSITIONED TO THE RAMP AREA. AT THAT TIME THE AIRPORT CLOSED RUNWAY 23 UNTIL SUCH TIME MAINTENANCE PERSONNEL COULD REPOSITION THE AIRCRAFT.
