## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

ON FEBRUARY 3, 2010 AT 1748 CST FREEMAN JET L.L.C. OPERATING A CL-600 CHALLENGER, DEPARTED LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS (KLIT) ENROUTE TO TOPEKA, KANSAS (KFOE). ON LANDING, THE FOLLOWING WAS REPORTED BY THE FLIGHT CREW; THE RIGHT MAIN LANDING GEAR TWO TIRES WERE BLOWN, A LEFT MAIN LANDING GEAR TIRE BLOWN, AND A 4 TO 5 INCH DENT ON THE RIGHT HAND INBOARD TRAILING EDGE FLAP. EMERGENCY VEHICLES WERE DISPATCHED FOR PRECAUTIONARY REASONS DUE TO SUSPECTED HOT BRAKES. THE AIRCRAFT WAS DISABLED ON THE RUNWAY, AND THE NINE PASSENGERS WERE DEPLANED SAFELY. THE WICHITA, KANSAS BOMBARDIER REPAIR STATION WAS CALLED TO TOW THE AIRCRAFT OFF THE RUNWAY. THE FLIGHT CREW STATED THAT WHEN THEY LEFT KLIT, THEY NOTICED SLUSH ON THE CARBON FIBER BRAKES WHICH MAY HAVE CAUSED THE WHEELS TO FREEZE, THEREBY CAUSING THE TIRES TO BLOW ON LANDING.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
