## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

THE AIRCRAFT ARRIVED AT THE NEW JERUSALEM AIRPORT AREA AND PROCEEDED TO OVERFLY THE ACTIVE AIRPORT RUNWAY 30, PERFORMING AERIAL ACROBATICS PRIOR TO LANDING. WITNESS REPORTS STATE THE AIRCRAFT WAS APPROXIMATELY 800 TO 1000 FEET AGL WHEN, WHILE PERFORMING A LOOP THE RIGHT WING APPEARED TO SNAP. THE AIRCRAFT IMMEDIATELY ENTERED A FLAT SPIN IMPACTING THE GROUND FIFTY FEET TO THE EAST OF RUNWAY 30. REPORTS STATE THE ONBOARD PARACHUTE WAS DEPLOYED, HOWEVER THE PARACHUTE PACKAGE DID NOT OPEN DUE TO ENTANGLEMENT IN THE TAIL ASSEMBLY. THE SOLE OCCUPANT AND PILOT WAS FATALLY INJURED ON IMPACT.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
