## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

THE FLIGHT CREW WAS UNDER A 14 CFR PART 91 FLIGHT NO PASSENGERS, NO CARGO RETURNING TO KDWH AIRPORT. THE FLIGHT WAS UNDER AN IFR CLEARANCE AND BEING VECTORED VIA HOUSTON APPROACH CONTROL. THE 8020-11 STATES " THE CONTROLLER WAS NOT ABLE TO INITIATE TRAFFIC ADVISORY BECAUSE OF CONTROLLER "WORKLOAD".HOUSTON ATC QA STATED ATC POLICY: "ATC DOES NOT SEPARATE FROM UNIDENTIFIED AIRCRAFT". THE FLIGHT CREWMEMBERS RECEIVED AN RA (RESOLUTION ADVISORY) FROM THE TCAS SYSTEM AND VACATED THE ALTITUDE AS DIRECTED AND ADVISED ATC OF THEIR ACTION. THE CONTROLLER ACKNOWLEDGED AND GAVE THE FLIGHT VECTORS TO KDWH AND THE AIRCRAFT LANDED. BOTH FLIGHT CREWMEMBERS ARE CURRENT 14 CFR PART 135 LINE PILOTS FOR THUNDERBIRD AIRWAYS, INC. (T4BA). NO FURTHER ACTION IS PLANNED.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
