## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

THE ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^ STATED HE HAD THREE GREEN LANDING GEAR LIGHTS AT TOUCHDOWN AT ABOUT 100 KTS. ALMOST IMMEDIATELY AFTER TOUCHDOWN HE BELIEVES THE NOSE GEAR COLLAPSED FOLLOWED BY THE MAIN GEAR. HE STATED IT WAS NOT A HARD LANDING BUT WAS NOT HIS BEST EITHER. THE AIRCRAFT WILL REQUIRE FURTHER INVESTIGATION/TEARDOWN TO DETERMINE IF THERE WAS A FAILURE OF THE LANDING GEAR SYSTEM OR OPERATOR ERROR WAS INVOLVED. THE DAMAGE SHOWN IN THE PHOTOGRAPHS APPEAR TO BE CONSISTENT WITH THE LANDING GEAR BEING IN TRANSIST AT THE TIME OF CONTACT WITH THE RUNWAY, SUGGESTING THE LANDING GEAR WAS NOT DOWN AND LOCKED.
