## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

N921AL DEPARTED 2LS0 AT 0602 IN ROUTE TO WR206 TO EXCHANGE PASSENGERS. AFTER LANDING A PASSENGER UNLOAD AND LOAD WAS CONDUCTED WITHOUT SHUTDOWN. THE FLIGHT WAS UNEVENTFUL FOR THE RETURN TO 2LS0 WITH A SAFE LANDING AT 0850. A POST FLIGHT INSPECTION REVEALED THAT AN APU ACCESS DOOR/PANEL LOCATED HORIZONTALLY ON THE TOP SIDE OF THE AIRCRAFT HAD DEPARTED DURING THE FLIGHT. IT WAS ALSO DETERMINED THAT THE DOOR/PANEL HAD MADE CONTACT WITH A MAIN ROTOR BLADE, THE TAIL BOOM, AND A TAIL ROTOR BLADE.
