## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

PILOT REPORTS ROUTINE FLIGHT FROM KLSE (LACROSSE, WI) TO KROG (ROGERS, AR). CANCELLED IFR FLIGHT PLAN APPROX 20 MILES OUT. RECEIVED 3 WEATHER UPDATES FROM TOWER. WINDS REPORTED LIGHT AND VARIABLE (9-11) FROM THE WEST. PILOT LANDED LEFT OF CENTER LINE AND FELT THE AIRCRAFT BEING PUSHED TO THE LEFT AND AT THAT TIME THE LEFT WING HIT THE RUNWAY. THE AIRCRAFT CONTINUED TOWARD THE EDGE OF THE RUNWAY AND AT THAT TIME THE PILOT ATTEMPTED TO RAISE THE TWO REMAINING GEAR.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
