## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

WHILE LANDING ON RUNWAY 28 AT MILLVILLE MUNICIPAL AIRPORT (KMIV) THE WIND PUSHED THE TAIL EVEN THOUGH FULL CONTROL DEFLECTION WAS USED. THE AIRCRAFT WEATHER-VANED AND DEPARTED THE LEFT SIDE OF THE RUNWAY. AT THE RUNWAY EDGE THE AIRCRAFT TIPPED FORWARD STRIKING THE PROPELLER, SPINNER AND RIGHT WING TIP CAUSING MINOR DAMAGE. AT THE TIME OF THE INCIDENT THE WINDS WERE REPORTED TO THE PILOT BY THE REMOTE AIRPORT ADVISORY SERVICE AS 260 8 GUSTS TO 14, 190 VARIABLE TO 260. THE PILOT WAS UNINJURED.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
