AS THE AIRCRAFT SLOWED AND RUDDER CONTROL BECAME INEFFECTIVE, THE AIRCRAFT VEERED RIGHT AND LEFT RUNWAY 21 INTO THE GRASS. THE AIRCRAFT CAME TO A HALT IN THE GRASSY AREA, THE NOSE GEAR COLLAPSED, AND THE PROPELLER STRUCK THE GROUND.
