## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

AFTER MAKING TWO TAKEOFFS AND LANDINGS ON RUNWAY 8, THE PILOT CHANGED TO RUNWAY 22 BECAUSE THE AWOS REPORTED THE WIND FROM 240 AT 6 KNOTS. AT THE COMPLETIION OF THE PATTERN THE AIRCRAFT TOUCHED DOWN FOR A NORMAL WHEEL LANDING. AFTER CROSSING THE INTERSECTION OF RUNWAY 8/26, THE AIRCRAFT WENT OUT OF CONTROL, GROUND LOOPED AND CAME TO REST OFF THE LEFT EDGE OF RUNWAY 22 WITH THE WINGS PARALLEL TO THE RUNWAY EDGE. THE RIGHT MAIN GEAR LEG WAS DAMAGED.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
