## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

DURING FINAL APPROACH TO RUNWAY 36 AT EPPLEY AIRFIELD, OMAHA, NEBRASKA AT ABOUT THE TIME THE LANDING GEAR WAS BEING LOWERED (APPROXIMATELY 5 MILES SOUTH OF THE AIRPORT), THE CABIN CREW MEMBER SLIPPED ON THE GALLEY FLOOR AND SUSTAINED A CUT ON THE BACK OF HER HEAD. AFTER THE AIRCRAFT LANDED AND ARRIVED AT THE GATE, SHE WAS TREATED BY THE EMT'S AND TRANSPORTED TO THE HOSPITAL. SHE WAS TREATED AND RELEASED.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
