## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

WHILE ABORTING AN ATTEMPTED TAKEOFF, THE GLIDER GROUND LOOPED. THE AIRPORT HAS A TURF RUNWAY. THE PILOT STATED THAT THE GROUND WAS SOFT AND THE GRASS WAS LONG WHICH KEPT THE AIRCRAFT FROM REACHING ROTATIONAL SPEED IN ENOUGH TIME TO EXECUTE A TAKE OFF. HE ABORTED THE TAKE OFF LATER THAN HE SHOULD HAVE AND OVERRAN THE RUNWAY, THEN GROUND LOOPED AFTER DEPARTING THE END OF THE RUNWAY.
