## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

PILOT WAS LANDING ON RUNWAY 32, AN UPHILL RUNWAY WITH APPROXIMATELY 100' ELEVATION CHANGE FROM BOTTOM TO TOP. ON TOUCH DOWN THE PILOT REPORTED A HARD LANDING AND BOUNCED THE AIRCRAFT UP OFF THE RUNWAY. THE PILOT THEN ELECTED TO PERFORM A GO-AROUND TO ATTEMPT ANOTHER LANDING. THE PILOT INCREASED THE THROTTLE AND STATED HE DIDN'T SEEM TO HAVE ENOUGH POWER TO GAIN ALTITUDE. HE ELECTED AT THAT POINT TO ABORT THE GO-AROUND AND LAND THE AIRCRAFT. UPON LANDING HE LOST CONTROL AND VEERED OFF THE END OF THE RUNWAY TO THE RIGHT. THE AIRCRAFT THEN IMPACTED TREES ON THE RIGHT HAND WING. THE OUTBOARD SECTION OF THE RIGHT WING AND AILERON WERE TORN OFF RESULTING IN DAMAGE TO THE SPAR.

## The NTSB's investigation of this event (1)

From the NTSB's public API. Aircraft are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported serial number, make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.
