THIS AIRCRAFT IS IN THE LAST STAGES OF BEING CERTIFIED AS AN EXPERIMENTAL AMATURE BUILT AND DOES NOT HAVE A CERTIFICATE YET. DURING TAXI TESTS THE BUILDER GOT THE TAIL TOO HIGH AND HIT THE PROP ON THE GROUND.
