## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

UPON TOUCHDOWN A GUST OF WIND RESULTED IN A 15/25 FOOT CLIMB. WITH PRESSURE RELEASED FROM STICK AIRCRAFT SANK, TOUCHDOWN THEN BOUNCED BACK UP TO CLIMB TO 15/25 FEET. AIRCRAFT THEN SANK. RELEASED STICK AND AIRCRAFT BOUNCED AGAIN THEN BEGAN TO CLIMB AGAIN. PILOT THEN CONTINUED TO CLIMB AND PERFORMED A GO AROUND BEFORE LANDING SAFELY. UPON POST FLIGHT INSPECTION OF AIRCRAFT IT WAS FOUND THAT THERE HAD BEEN A PROP STRIKE. NO OTHER DAMAGE NOTED WITH VISUAL INSPECTION.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
