## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

AT LANDING,DURING THE INITIAL ROLLOUT THERE WAS ENOUGH NOSE WHEEL SHIMMY THE PILOT PULLED BACK ON THE YOKE IN ORDER TO RAISE THE NOSE CAUSING THE LIFTOFF / BOUNCE SEQUENCE . THE HARD IMPACT COLLAPSED THE NOSE GEAR STRUT AND CAUSED THE PROP STRIKE AT THE END OF THE SECOND BOUNCE. AFTER THE AIRCRAFT CAME TO A FULL STOP ON THE RUNWAY, PILOT TRIED TO TAXI BUT THE STEERING FAVORED ONLY TURNS TO THE RIGHT. THEREFORE, HE CLEARED THE RUNWAY BYTURNING TO THE RIGHT ONTO THE GRASS BETWEEN THE TAXIWAY AND RUNWAY. ONCE CLEAR, THE ENGINE WAS SHUTDOWN. (TAKEN FROM THE PILOTS STATEMENT)

## The NTSB's investigation of this event (1)

From the NTSB's public API. Aircraft are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported serial number, make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.
