## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

AFTER LANDING AT THE ELECTRIC CITY AIRPORT (3W7) THE PILOT EXPERIENCED A TAILWHEEL SHIMMY AS THE AIRCRAFT SLOWED TO TAXI SPEED. THE PILOT WAS MAINTAINING DIRECTIONAL CONTROL WHEN THE AIRCRAFT SUDDENDLY SWERVED TO THE RIGHT AND EXITED THE RUNWAY INTO THE DIRT. THE AIRCRAFTS TAILWHEEL THEN DUG INTO THE DIRT AND THE AIRCRAFT CAME TO A STOP. ONLY MINOR DAMAGE TO THE TAILWHEEL WAS FOUNDAND THE TAILWHEEL SPRING WAS BENT. THERE WERE NO INJURIES REPORTED.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
