## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

ON JUNE 3, 2010 AT 1921 LOCAL TIME, A BEECH BONANZA, N831CA OWNED AND OPERATED BY ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^HAD A LOSS OF ATC SEPARATION WITH N2023Z DURING CRUISE FLIGHT ON AN IFR FLIGHT WITH IMC WEATHER CONDITIONS PREVAILING. AN IFR FLIGHT PLAN WAS FILED. THE AIRCRAFT SUSTAINED NO DAMAGE AND THE PILOT RECEIVED NO INJURIES. THE PILOT HOLDS A COMMERCIAL PILOT CERTIFICATE WITH SINGLE ENGINE LAND AND INSTRUMENT RATINGS. THE IFR FLIGHT ORIGINATED FROM NEW BRAUNFELS, TX AT 1800 LOCAL TIME.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
