## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

STUDENT PILOT DEPARTED ELLINGTON FIELD, HOUSTON, TEXAS ON A PLANNED CROSS COUNTRY FLIGHT TO VICTORIA REGIONAL AIRPORT, VICTORIA, TEXAS. UPON ARRIVIAL AT VCT THE STUDENT PILOT REQUESTED MULTIBLE TOUCH AND GO LANDINGS. VCT TOWER OBSERVED THAT THE AIRCRAFT BOUNCED HARD ON THE NOSE GEAR DURING THE THIRD TOUCH AND GO LANDING. THE PILOT EXECUTED A BALKED LANDING AND THEN FLEW THE TRAFFIC PATTERN RESULTING IN A NORMAL LANDING. AFTER LANDING THE PILOT TAXIED TO FBO AND SHUT DOWN. THE STUDENT PILOT WAS INFORMED OF THE PROPELLER DAMAGE BY FBOLINE SERVICE PERSONNEL.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
