## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

WHILE CONDUCTING AERIAL SPRAY OPERATIONS, THE PILOT SAW HIGH TENSION WIRES AND ATTEMPTED TO FLY UNDER THE WIRES TO AVOID A WIRE STRIKE. THE AIRCRAFT STRUCK THE CORN AND DESCENDED INTO THE FIELD. THERE WAS SUBSTANTIAL DAMAGE TO THE GEAR, PROPELLER AND LEADING EDGES OF THE WINGS.

## The NTSB's investigation of this event (1)
