## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

THE PILOT STATED HE WAS ATTEMPTING A LANDING AT MYRICKS AIR FIELD IN BERKLEY, MA. THE FIRST ATTEMPT WAS ABORTED AND HE WENT AROUND FOR A SECOND ATTEMPT. ON THE SECOND ATTEMPT HE IMPACTED THE GRASS LANDING STRIP HARD GOING AIRBORNE AGAIN. THE JARRING CAUSED HIM TO HAVE TO READJUST IN HIS SEAT, INADVERTENTLY PUTTING HIS FEET ON THE TOP OF THE RUDDER PEDALS. THIS ACTION CAUSED THE BRAKES TO BE APPLIED AND UPON THE SECOND IMPACT CAUSED THE AIRCRAFT TO FLIP, COMING TO REST UPSIDE DOWN. NO INJURIES. THIS INSPECTOR IS GOING TO RECOMMEND A 44709 RE-EXAM.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
