## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

PILOT WAS CONDUCTING 137 SPRAY OPERATIONS AND MADE SEVERAL PASSES ON CORNFIELD. PIC HAD TO APPLY A CLEAN-UP SPRAY IN AREA NEAR BARN. PIC CONCENTRATED ON BARN AREA AND LOST SITUATIONAL AWARENESS NEAR HIGH VOLTAGE WIRES IN AREA. AIRCRAFT STRUCK WIRE WITH PROPELLER AND BROKE WIRE. PIC CHECKED ENGINE AND FLIGHT CONTROLS IN AIR, AND PROCEDED TO FLY TO HOME BASE IN SHIPSHAWANA, IN. AIRCRAFT LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT. MINOR DAMAGE TO AIRCRAFT AND NO INJURY TO PILOT.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
