## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

ON ROTATION FOR TAKE-OFF FROM RUNWAY 3, AT AIRPORT 1B1 THE PILOT SAW A DEER ON RIGHT SIDE OF RUNWAY, WHICH JUMPED UP AND IMPACTED AIRCRAFT ON RIGHT WING. HE CONTINUED THE CLIMB AND FOUND THAT THE AIRCRAFT CONTROLS SEEMED NORMAL. PILOT CALLED ALB APPROACH AND REPORTED INCIDENT. HE CONFIRMED TO ALB THAT THE LANDING GEAR WAS DOWN WITH 3 GREEN LIGHTS AND ALL CONTROLS NORMAL. PILOT DID NOT CALL EMERGENCY, HOWEVER ALB DID HAVE THE EMERGENCY EQUIPMENT ROLL OUT. AIRCRAFT LANDED RUNWAY 1, AND TAXIED TO RAMP WITHOUT INCIDENT.INSPECTION FOUND SEVERE DAMAGE TO THE RT WING L/E INBD SLAT, RT MLG DOOR MISSING, AND DENTS IN SURROUNDING AREA BELOW WING.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
