## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

THE PILOT STATED THAT THE APPROACH TO RUNWAY 36 WAS NORMAL AND THE AIRCRAFT TOUCHED DOWN ON THE MAIN LANDING GEAR. AS THE NOSE WHEEL CONTACTED THE RUNWAY DURING THE LANDING ROLLOUT, THE AIRCRAFT VEERED UNCONTROLLABLY TO THE LEFT OF THE RUNWAY CENTERLINE. DESPITE THE APPLICATION OF RIGHT RUDDER AND RIGHT BRAKE, THE AIRCRAFT EXITED THE RUNWAY TO THE LEFT, CROSSED THE PARALLEL TAXIWAY, AND CAME TO A REST IN A DRAINAGE DITCH. THE AIRCRAFT HAS CANADIAN REGISTRATION #CGBMY AND THE PILOT HELD CANADIAN PILOT LICENSE ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
