THE AIRCRAFT LANDED GEAR UP. ON APPROACH TO HESPERIA AIRPORT (L26) RUNWAY21, THE PILOT FORGOT TO EXTEND THE LANDING GEAR. DAMAGE CONSISTED OF: BENT PROP AND SCRAPPED ACFT BELLY. NO FIRE OR INJURY TO PILOT.
