## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

ON AUGUST 1, 2010, AT APPROXIMATELY 1200 CDT, THE AIRCRAFT WAS MANEUVERING DURING SPRAYING OPERATIONS AND STRUCK A SMALL WIRE CONNECTED TO A PUMP STATION NEAR THE FIELD. THE WIRE DID MINOR DAMAGE TO THE MAST COVER AND SCRATCHED THE PITCH RODS. NO OTHER DAMAGE RESULTED DURING THE INCIDENT. THE PILOT KNEW HE HAD HIT SOMETHING, BUT THE AIRCRAFT OPRATED NORMALLY AND WAS FLOWN BACK TO THE HANGAR WITHOUT INCIDENT.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
