## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

THE CREW OF FLIGHT #TCF7630 HAD BEEN CLEARED BY ATC TO DESCEND AND LEVEL OFF AT FL290. AS THE CREW LEVELED OFF AT FL290 THE CREW RECEIVED A RESOLUTION ADVISORY FROM THE TCAS INDICATING THEY SHOULD "CLIMB." THE FIRST OFFICER ON THE CONTROLS INITIATED A CLIMB AS THE CREW OBSERVED A MILITARY T38 TO THEIR LEFT AND TURNING TOWARD AIRCRAFT N856RW (THEIR AIRCRAFT). THE T38 PASSED FROM LEFT TO RIGHT BELOW THEM. A PASSENGER WAS IN THE LAVATORY AND WAS INJURED DURING THE EVENT. THE PASSENGER WAS TRANSPORTED TO A HOSPITAL WHEN THEY LANDED AT NEW ORLEANS (MSY).

Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
