## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

AFTER PERFORMING THREE TO FOU TOUCH-AND-GO LANDINGS AT GAYLORD REGIONAL AIRPORT (KGLR), THE PILOT DEPARTED PATTERN. AIRCRAFT EXPERIENCED POWER LOSS AND SET UP FOR LANDING IN AN OPEN FIELD. BEFORE LANDING, HOWEVER, THE ENGINE REGAINED POWER. PILOT THEN ATTEMPTED TO RETURN TO THE FIELD WHEN ENGINE QUIT AGAIN. THIS TIME, THE PILOT LANDED IN A CORNFIELD JUST NORTH OF THE FIELD.
