## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

PILOT WAS TOLD TO PROCEED TO A "LEFT ON CHARLIE, RIGHT ON LIMA, CROSS RUNWAY 8 TO RWY 18R" AT TULSA INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT (KTUL). WHILE PROCEEDING WEST ON CHARLIE A WIND GUST (WINDS WERE EST. 180 AT 15 GUSTING TO 25) PICKED UP THE LEFT WING AND TAIL CAUSING THE PROP TO STRIKE THE TAXIWAY. PILOT STATED WHILE APPLYING RIGHT RUDDER THE RIGHT BRAKE APPEARED TO LOCK CAUSING THE AIRCRAFT TO PIVOT RATHER THAN ROLL.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
