## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

ARRIVED AT MIV AT 1530 LOCAL, THE AIRCRAFT WAS STOPPED ON THE RUNWAY APPROXIMATELY HALF THE LENGTH OF RUNWAY 32. THE LEFT MAIN LANDING GEAR TIRE, INNER TUBE AND OUTER RETAINING RING SEPERATED DURING LANDING ROLLOUT. THE AIRPORT OPERATIONS MANAGER HAD LOCATED THE TIRE, RETAINING RING AND THE INNER TUBE JUST PAST THE INTERSECTION OF RUNWAY 32 AND 28. THE INNER RETAINING RING COULD NOT BE LOCATED. SKID MARKS ON THE RUNWAY INDICATED THAT THE AIRCRAFT SKIDDED ON THE WHEEL FOR APPROXIMATELY 400 FEET BEFORE IT STOPPED.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
