ON 09/29/2010, N7519W, AN EXPERIMENTAL LIGHT SPORT AIRCRAFT DEPARTED NICHOLS FIELD, CHULA VISTA CA.  THE FLIGHT WAS CONDUCTED AS A FAR 91 PLEASURE FLIGHT.  DURING  CRUISE FLIGHT OVER JAMUL CA., THE ENGINE LOST POWER, RESULTING IN A FORCE LANDING ON A LITTLE LEAGUE BASEBALL FIELD.  FOLLOWING TOUCH DOWN THE AIRCRAFT ROLLED INTO A CYCLONE FENCE BATTING CAGE.  THE AIRCRAFT WAS SUBSTANTALLY DAMAGED, THE PILOT RECIEVED MINOR INJURIES.PRELIMINARY INVESTIGATION INDICATES  AN  ENGINE FUEL FLOW PROBLEM EXISTS.FAA DAILY REPORTING APPLICATION INDICATED THE AIRCRAFT N NUMBER AS 7591W: ACTUAL: N7519W
