## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

PILOT REPORTED THAT ON 10-01-2010, WHILE LANDING TO THE SOUTH AT HIS PRIVATELY OWNED STRIP IN EDISON, GA., HIS RIGHT BRAKE FAILED CAUSING HIM TO LOSE CONTROL OF THE AIRCRAFT AND VEER LEFT OFF THE RUNWAY INTO A DITCH. AIRCRAFT CAME TO REST POINTING NORTH EAST AFTER SHEERING OFF THE RIGHT MAIN LANDING GEAR. RIGHT UPPER AND LOWER WINGS CONTACTED THE GROUND CAUSING SUBSTANTIAL DAMAGE.

## The NTSB's investigation of this event (1)

From the NTSB's public API. Aircraft are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported serial number, make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.
