As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

ON 11-26-2010 N74400 WAS INTENDING TO DEPART FROM HARRIS RANCH AIRPORT (3O8) PRIOR TO TAKEOFF THE PILOT OVERHEARD AN AIRCRAFT INBOUND FOR LANDING AND DECIDED TO DEPART PRIOR TO THE LANDING TRAFFIC THAT WAS INTENDING ON LANDING OPPOSITE TRAFFIC. AS THE AIRCRAFT REACHED ROTATING SPEED THE PILOT NOTICED THAT SHE WAS UNABLE TO PULL AFT ON THE YOKE. AT THE SAME TIME SHE OBSERVED THAT THE GUST LOCK WAS STILL INSERTED IN THE YOKE PREVENTING THE AIRCRAFT TO TAKE OFF. THE PILOT ATTEMPTED TO REMOVE THE GUST LOCK BUT WAS UNSUCCESSFUL. AT THE SAME TIME SHE REDUCED POWER TO IDLE, BUT WAS UNABLE TO STOP THE AIRCRAFT PRIOR TO REACHING THE END OF THE RUNWAY SURFACE. THE AIRCRAFT CONTINUED AND DUE TO THE ROUGH SURFACE LOST IT'S NOSE WHEEL. THE AIRCRAFT. CAME TO A FULL STOP 345 FT PAST THE RUNWAY END. THERE WERE NO INJURIES REPORTED.
