## The NTSB's investigation of this event (1)

From the NTSB's public API. Aircraft are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported serial number, make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

- [NTSB WPR11CA060](https://openairdocs.org/ntsb/WPR11CA060), Nov 26, 2010: Burkhart Grob G-103A Twin II Acro (N855BG), Warner Springs, CA, substantial damage. Probable cause: The certified flight instructor's inadequate compensation for the crosswind and delayed remedial action during landing, which resulted in a ground loop.

## Other reports on N855BG (1)

Matched to the same aircraft by N-number and date.

- [Incident 19880201012869I](https://openairdocs.org/incident/19880201012869I), Feb 1, 1988: Grob G103TWNASTIR (N855BG), Fremont, CA, Minor damage. Had to make an off airport landing during approach to runway. Struck a fence on landing rollout.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
