As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

ON DECEMBER 4, 2010 AT 14:00 HOURS LOCAL TIME N4100Z, A 1964 PA-18-150 RECEIVED SUBSTANTIAL DAMAGE AS THE RESULT OF LANDING IN DEEP SNOW DURING OFF FIELD OPERATIONS. DAMAGE TO THE AIRCRAFT INCLUDED A BENT PROPELLER, BENT FIREWALL, WING STRUTS, WINDSHIELD, AND DAMAGE TO BOTH WINGS. THE PRIVATE PILOT WAS UNINJURED IN THE "FLIP OVER" ACCIDENT. WHEN INTERVIEWED THE PILOT STATED HE HAD BEEN CHASING COYOTES WITH HIS AIRPLANE WHEN HE EXPERIENCED CARBURETOR ICE AND WAS FORCED TO LAND IN THE DEEP CRUSTY SNOW. THE POST ACCIDENT INSPECTION OF THE AIRPLANE REVEALED THAT THE AIRPLANE ENGINE WAS MAKING POWER AND THAT THE PILOT ROUTINELY LANDS IN THIS PARTICULAR FIELD . THIS PIPER SUPER CUB AIRCRAFT IS EQUIPPED WITH OVERSIZED 31 INCH ALASKA BUSHWHEEL TIRES AND OVERSIZED TAIL WHEEL TOO.
