## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

ON 12/28/2010 AT 0630, N375SW WAS INVOLVED IN AN INCIDENT AT BWI AIRPORT. DURING AIRCRAFT MOVEMENT FROM THE REMOTE RAMP AT BWI TO THE GATE THE AIRCRAFT KNOCKED OVER A PROVISIONING TRUCK DURING TAXI. SWA HAD TWO MECHANICS ON THE GROUND AND TWO MECHANICS TAXING THE AIRCRAFT. DURING ENGINE START A PROVISIONING TRUCK PULLED UP TO THE RIGHT REAR MAIN CABIN DOOR AND PROCEEDED TO LOAD THE PLANE WITH BAGS OF ICE. WHEN THE PROVISIONER NOTICED THE ENGINES STARTING HE PROCEEDED TO DROP THE TRUCK TO MOVE IT AWAY. AT THE SAME TIME BRAKES WERE RELEASED. AND THE AIRCRAFT STRUCK THE TRUCK AND KNOCKED IT OVER WHILE THE MAN JUMPED OUT OF THE WAY. THE TRUCK FELL OVER ON ITS SIDE AND THE AIRCRAFT STOPPED 100 FT. FROM THE TRUCK AND WAS SHUT DOWN. ARF WAS CALLED TO THE SCENE AND TREATED THE FUEL SPILLING FROM THE TRUCK. LOCAL BALTIMORE FSDO WAS CONTACTED BY THE CMO FROM DALLAS AND THE INCIDENT IS BEING HANDLED UNDER THE SOUTHWEST AIRWORTHINESS ASAP PROGRAM.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
