PILOT OBTAINED WEATHER PRIOR TO LANDING. THE ASOS WAS CALLING THE WIND CALM. THE PILOT FLEW OVER THE AIRPORT LOOKING FOR THE WINDSOCK BUT DID NOT SEE THE WINDSOCK. THE PILOT STATED HE LANDED LONG INTENTIONALLY TO AVOID A LARGE BUMP AT THE APPROACH END OF RUNWAY 33. UPON LANDING HE USED FULL REVERSE TO BRING THE AIRCRAFT TO A STOP. HE WAS NOT ABLE TO STOP AND THE AIRCRAFT WENT OFF THE END OF THE RUNWAY COMING TO A STOP WITH THE AIRCRAFT ON ITS RIGHT WING AND NOSE. THERE WAS SIGNIFICANT DAMAGE TO THE PROPELLER AND RIGHT WING. THE PILOT LATER FOUND OUT THE ASOS WAS NOTAMED UNRELIABLE.
