THE LEFT WING HIT THE GROUND AND THE AIRCRAFT CROSSED OVER TAXIWAY ECHO. THE AIRCRAFT CAME TO REST BETWEEN RUNWAY 14 AND TAXIWAY FOXTROT.

## The NTSB's investigation of this event (1)
