## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

AIRCRAFT ENTERED THE TRAFFIC PATTERN AT SOUTHEAST IOWA REGIONAL AIRPORT IN BURLINGTON, IOWA (KBRL). THE AIRCRAFT HAD NO RADIO ON BOARD SO NO POSITION CALLS WERE MADE. THE AIRCRAFT LANDED ON RWY 36. DURING ROLLOUT AND PRIOR TO EXITING THE RUNWAY, THE LANDING AIRCRAFT STRUCK THE TAIL OF N200BE,AN AIRCRAFT THAT PREVIOUSLY LANDED. AIRMAN STATED THAT HE DID NOT SEE THE AIRCRAFT UPON LANDING.THE AIRCRAFT HAD NO PASSENGER ON BOARD AND THERE WERE NO INJURIES REPORTED. THE AIRCRAFT HAD MINOR DAMAGE TO THE PROPELLER AND LOWER COWL. N200BE,THAT WAS FROM FROM BEHIND, HAD MAJOR DAMAGE TO THE TAIL SECTION.

## The NTSB's investigation of this event (1)

From the NTSB's public API. Aircraft are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported serial number, make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

- [NTSB CEN11LA168](https://openairdocs.org/ntsb/CEN11LA168), Jan 29, 2011: Cunningham MODEL-1 (N602CB), Burlington, IA, minor damage. Probable cause: The Model 1 pilot's inadequate visual lookout and subsequent failure to see and avoid the Zodiac.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
