ON 02-15-2011, AT 0950CST, THE ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^ FAILED TO LOWER THE LANGING GEAR UPON LANDING AT THE KSJT, SAN ANGELO AIRPORT, IN SAN ANGELO, TEXAS.  THE AIRCRAFT RECEIVED MINOR DAMAGE.  THE EXPERIENCED PRIVATE PILOT WAS DISTRACTED WHILE PRACTICING TAKE OFF AND LANDINGS, AND FAILED TO LOWER THE LANDING GEAR.
