## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

THE AIRCRAFT WAS LANDING RUNWAY 12 AT U77. DURING THE LANDING TOUCH DOWN THE PILOT STATED THAT HE FELT A GUST OF WIND VEER THE AIRCRAFT TOWARDS THE LEFT SIDE OF THE RUNWAY. THE PILOT WAS UNABLE TO CORRECT THE AIRCRAFT BACK TOWARDS THE RIGHT. HOWEVER, THE PILOT DECIDED AT SOME POINT TO KEEP THE AIRCRAFT GOING STRAIGHT TOWARDS THE LEFT RATHER THAN TRY TO TURN AT A LOW ALTITUDE. THE AIRCRAFT CAME TO REST NEAR THE PAPI'S ON THE LEFT SIDE OF THE RUNWAY. THE AIRCRAFT DAMAGE WAS LIMITED TO THE PROPELLER AND WHEEL FERRINGS. THE PILOT AND TWO PASSENGERS WERE NOT INJURED.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
