## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

AIRCRAFT N775MF, OPERATED BY AMERICAN MEDFLIGHT, LLC., DEPARTED TPH AT 0545 BOUND FOR RNO. DURING TAXI FROM THE FBO RAMP THE PILOT HEARD A BUMP AND ASSUMED THAT IT WAS THE NOSE GEAR BUMPING ON THE UNEVEN ICE/SNOW COVERED RAMP. DURING POST FLIGHT INSPECTION AT RNO IT WAS DISCOVERED THAT THE LEFT PROPELLER HAD DAMAGE TO ONE BLADE. THIS BLADE WAS BENT AT THE TIP AND THE OTHER TWO BLADES SHOWED EVIDENCE OF PROPELLER STIKES ON A BLACK OBJECT (PAINT/MATERIAL TRANSFER) BUT APPEARED UNDAMAGED. THE FLIGHT TO RNO EXPERIENCED NO ABNOMALITY AS RELATED BY THE PILOT. COMPANY PERSONNEL RETURNED TO TPH TO SEE IF THEY COULD DETERMINE WHAT THE PROPELLER HIT AND FOUND A LARGE RUBBER CHOCK ON THE RAMP WITH INDICATIONS OF THE PROPELLER STRIKE. IT IS NOTED THAT THE RAMP WAS DARK WHEN THIS INCIDENT OCCURRED.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
