## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

N81YY, PIPER AIRCRAFT PA-32-301T, IFR FROM VAN NUYS, CA, TO HENDERSON, NV, AFTER LANDING AND APPROXIMATELY 1500 FEET OF GROUND ROLL ON RUNWAY 17R AT THE HENDERSON AIRPORT, THE AIRCRAFT EXPERIENCED A RIGHT MAIN LANDING GEAR COLLAPSE AND VEERED OFF THE RUNWAY TO THE RIGHT. THE AIRCRAFT SUSTAINED MINOR DAMAGE TO THE RIGHT AILERON, FLAP, AND FOOT STEP. THE RIGHT WING TIP AND FUSELAFE BOTTOM SUSTAINED PAINT SCRATCHES. ADDITIONALLY, A RUNWAY EDGE LIGHT WAS BROKEN. NEITHER OF THE TWO OCCUPANTS REPORTED INJURIES.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
