As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

ON MARCH 5, 2011, AT 1658 PST, CESSNA 210, N9400T, SUSTAINED SUBSTANTIAL DAMAGE DURING A FORCED LANDING NEAR CALVADA MEADOWS AIRPORT (NV74), PAHRUMP, NEVADA. WHILE LANDING TO RUNWAY 15, THE PILOT FAILED TO LOWER THE LANDING GEAR RESULTING IN THE AIRFRAME AND PROPELLER STRIKING THE GROUND. THE PILOT ADDED POWER TO REGAIN FLIGHT TO AN ALTITUDE OF APPROXIMATELY 150-200 FEET AT WHICH TIME HE LOWERED THE LANDING GEAR. DAMAGE TO THE PROPELLER AND ENGINE MOUNTS RESULTED IN A LOSS OF POWER AND THE PILOT INITIATED A FORCED LANDING TO AN ADJACENT FIELD. DURING THE TOUCHDOWN THE NOSE GEAR "DUG INTO THE GROUND" CAUSING THE AIRCRAFT TO FLIP OVER ON IT'S LATERAL AXIS. THE PRIVATE PILOT, SOLE OCCUPANT OF THE AIRPLANE RECEIVED MINOR INJURIES. THE AIRCRAFT RECEIVED SUBSTANTIAL DAMAGE.
