DURING LANDING AT W24 THE PROPELLER STRUCK THE RUNWAY.  THE ENGINE DID NOT STOP AND THE PILOT TAXIED TO THE HANGAR.  DAMAGE WAS NOTICED THE FOLLOWING MORNING.
