## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

N6190S LANDED AROUND 8:15 A.M. ON RUNWAY 31 AT THE FRENANDINA BEACH AIRPORT (FHB) AND TAXIED TO THE RAMP. WHILE TURNING INTO THE PARKING SPOT THE AIRCRAFT'S LEFT WING IMPACTED THE RIGHT RUDDER OF N337CH.THIS IMPACT CAUSED SUBSTANTIAL DAMAGE TO THE RIGHT RUDDER OF THE CE-337 AND MINOR DAMAGE TO THE BE-90. THE NTSB INDICATED THIS WOULD NOT BE CONSIDERED AN ACCIDENT UNLESS THERE WAS SUBSTANTIAL DAMAGE TO THE BE-90. THE NTSB CONSIDERED THE CE-337 A STATIONARY OBJECT SINCE IT WAS NOT MOVING FOR THE PURPOSE OF FLIGHT.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
