## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

THE PIC STATED HE HAD RECENTLY BOUGHT THE AIRCRAFT AND HAD BEEN WAITING FOR THE PERFECT DAY TO FLY IT. THE PIC DEPARTED SUNRIVER AND FLEW TO PRINEVILLE (S39) WHERE HE DID SOME TOUCH-AND-GOES AND RETURNED TO SUNRIVER. DURING THE ROLLOUT, AFTER LANDING AT SUNRIVER, THE PIC FELT A STRONG VIBRATION IN THE TAIL WHEEL. HE SUBSEQUENTLY LOSS CONTROL OF THE AIRCRAFT, GROUND LOOPING OFF THE RUNWAY, AND HITTING THE LEFT WING TIP AND PROPELLER.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
